Do I Fit In?

Do I fit in? How do I fit in? Where do I fit in? How important is it to fit in? If I don’t fit in how much pain will I endure? If I manage to appear to fit in what will it cost me personally having ignoring my true self and what is the gross cost of that decision?
All of us struggle with these questions in our lifetime, some more than others. Questions like these plague our minds for as long as we resist the quiet solution looming before us to simply be ourselves.
Perhaps we can change the question in order to improve the outcome of the narrative.
The truth of the matter is you already do Fit In, so the better question is what do I make of who I am so I honor myself and make the most of my God-given talent and personality characteristics?
Having the courage to face and develop being yourself authentically is by far the best investment and ROI you’ll ever make. Yes, there are risks but learning to be more risk tolerant can pay off big time.
There are two things worth distinguishing and unpacking
The Discovery process and the Learning Process are must-do’s.
Discovering your true self is delightful and healing. The second is realizing you are an ever-changing soul along with the world around you.
Nothing remains the same except love. Love will always remain the main ingredient for all time. Everything else must and will change, so be nimble.
One day you’re in love with the girl next door and the next decade you are in love with a boy on your college campus.
One day you like your morning tea, and in the next decade, you grow fond of coffee.
One decade you're married to your soulmate and the next decade you are divorced and single.
The authentic you is truly an evolving soul here to heal and take pride in all you do while refining and polishing how you go about doing it.
Give yourself the gift of being nimble so you stand a good chance of developing your life through trial and error. By doing so you’ll get a taste of blissful moments full of abundant gratitude for the opportunity afforded you for having the courage to be your fabulous self.
We all need good mental health to holistically prosper in our complex and messy lives. Get a therapist to heal your past. Employ an Executive Life Coach to best improve your present and future. Get a library card and read about others who overcame hardship and limitations to succeed against all odds.
Look for insight on overcoming your ego and self-imposed limitations so you can soar like an eagle and dance like no one is watching no matter your rhythm or awkwardness.
Together we can heal ourselves and the world beneath our feet.
Love,
Camber
