I’m a Director Of Operations, with experience Managing Teams. I have a background in Mental Health and Account Management which allows me to be mindful but have a competitive approach.

I feel most fueled by my passion for understanding the nuances of cross-cultural thinking. I would consider myself a ‘forever student,’ eager to both build on my working foundations in psychology and sociology and stay in tune with the most recent strategies, approach and professional development. I believe through hard work and determination to turn personal experiences into action has contributed to my most recent success at NEXT. There, I lead a team of men and women who want nothing more than to help and guide each other at being our best selves.

Meanwhile, I hope to improve the productivity of my department by implementing strategic project management methods and ensuring a work-life balance for me and my team. I believe mindfulness in the workplace is the key to success, a tenet I live out through my interests and one thing I hope to continue to learn more about.
